SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Pick Up : 2-3 business days Harrisdale, Western Australia, 6112. (You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready for collection.)
(We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping will be available soon.)
Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched via courier, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
Delivery Delays:

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but please note that delays may occur due to postal network issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

We do not offer insurance on deliveries.

Lost package claims to be managed by the customer. Kindly follow up with the courier company for any late or lost deliveries.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, headbands, shoes, and accessories cannot be returned.
Return Process:

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Ship your item(s) back to us using a trackable service.
(Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.)
Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

A refund in the form of store credit will be provided for the product amount, excluding the shipping cost.
Exchanges:

If you need a different size or style, please email us — we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange or provide a store credit.

Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

If you received free shipping, a refund will be issued as store credit, minus a $9.95 standard shipping fee.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

We will issue a full refund after the product arrived at the return centre and inspected.
