Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Options (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: 4–8  

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days 

  • Local Delivery - 25km Radius: 4-8 business days(if you have any questions regarding eligibility, delivery timing, or special requests, please contact us via:• Instagram (DM)/Email.Our team will be happy to assist you before placing your order.

  • Pick Up : 2-3 business days Harrisdale, Western Australia, 6112. (​You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready for collection.)

(We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping will be available soon.)

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched via courier, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.​

Delivery Delays:

  • We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but please note that delays may occur due to postal network issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We do not offer insurance on deliveries.

  • Lost package claims to be managed by the customer. Kindly follow up with the courier company for any late or lost deliveries.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, headbands, shoes, and accessories cannot be returned.

 

Return Process:

  1. Email us at [support@lumsnest.au] with your order name, order email and order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  3. Ship your item(s) back to us using a trackable service.
    (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.)

 

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • A refund in the form of store credit will be provided for the product amount, excluding the shipping cost.

 

Exchanges:

  • If you need a different size or style, please email us — we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange or provide a store credit.

  • Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping, a refund will be issued as store credit, minus a $9.95 standard shipping fee.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • We will issue a full refund after the product arrived at the return centre and inspected.
