4. Orders & Payment

  • Finalization: Adding items to a cart does not reserve them. An order is only confirmed once payment is received in full and you receive a confirmation email.

  • Cancellations: Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Please refer to our Returns Policy for "Change of Mind" requests.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders if items become unavailable for reasons beyond our control.

  • Pricing: All prices are in AUD. We reserve the right to cancel orders involving the abuse of discount codes or technical errors.
